Busted out 3rd peak
I was just telling Timbo how i don't hit the mountains right here by town anymore, i just look up there and say it sucks im not going. Well with the price of gas I started 3rd peak is right behind flattop off canyon road, just 10 minutes from my house and 20 from town (Anchorage)
There mite be some stuff over there i need to look at
The good snow was right down here in the trees i don't know why i always have to go to the top
Thats off the top looking west to town
Thats the line i took facing south hit some rocks off the top like i said in the trees is were the snow is

B-rads tincan report for 11/18/11
Straight from b-rads text
Hit Tin Can. Wind blown up high, pow down low. I went back to the second peak and was able to find some pow.
Then I got this out of him
Variable. You would be riding pow, then you would hit wind blown crust.
Here are his pics

Og snowshoes
The problem with most of the pubic today is they want it easy, lazy, the fast food mentality. Back in the day before snowboard boots , spiltboards , snowboard clothing , all that stuff you where lucky to have a board and if the stance was the right ( reg/ goofy ) even more blessed. It was tough nobody would let you on the lift and if you wanted it you made it happen. So if your OG and want some gangster snowshoe/ ski boards here it is.
Materials
Get a old snowboard and cut it to size. Fine a old road sign and make a square pan.
Get your old crappy world ind bindings and mount the parts needed
Go to gi Joe supply get some world war 2 ski skins pop rivet on
Get off the xbox and get some pow
Oya you can't buy them even if you have a rei membership lol
